In these difficult times, it gives us all as individuals, groups and organisations the chance to show we care and to make a difference. Our amazing NHS staff and volunteers are responding heroically to the biggest challenge the NHS has ever faced.As the NHS staff, volunteers and carers work tirelessly in the face of the virus we at Insight Cordless Lighting wanted to show our respect and appreciation by donating £5 of every sale to the NHS.Funds generated will be granted to member NHS charities supporting the health and emotional wellbeing of those at the frontline of the NHS, so they can deliver the best care possible to coronavirus patients. We believe our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one, and we want to make sure our customers can get the items they need, when they need them. We are working around the clock with our selling partners to ensure availability of essential products, and to continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. 1. Can I place an order? Will you be able to deliver my parcel?

Yes, we continue to serve customers. Our current delivery couriers, DHL and DPD are operating as normal. If you are choosing to deliver to a business address please make sure the businesses is still open and able to receive parcels.

2. Are delivery times affected?

Our teams are working to ensure we can continue to deliver to all our customers, both home and commercial. Delivery to international countries may be longer than usual at the moment.

3. Is it possible to return items?

Yes, you can continue to return items. Please email our team before returning any items. 

4. Is it safe to receive orders?

The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is very low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also very low. However our warehouse / packing team are equipped with masks and gloves to safe-guard our employees and customers.  You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.

5. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?

Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
