As with all technology, unfortunately it can sometimes fail us. We have listed some general questions and answers our technicians have received over the years. Although these answers should fix most problems, you can contact a member of our customer support team on +44 (0) 1480 219 392 who will be able to identify the problem for you and recommend a suitable solution.

 

MY LAMP IS FLICKERING WHEN I TURN IT ON

Your lamp may be set to candle mode. To return back to Normal Mode, simply Press and hold the on/off button on the base of the lamp for 5 seconds, then release and the lamp will return to normal light mode.

 

THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED BUT NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I TURN THE LAMP ON

This is either a faulty battery or the battery may have exceeded its life.  Please contact the Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you further.

 

THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED BUT IT DOESNT LAST LONG

This may mean that the battery is almost exceeding its life.  This typically occurs after 3-5 years under normal usage or extend period of inactivity. Please contact the Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you further.

 

THE LAMP TURNS ON BUT QUICKLY TURNS OFF AGAIN

Please ensure that the lamp is fully charged.  If charging for the first time, ensure product is charged fully before using.

 

I HAVE PUT THE LAMP ON THE CHARGING PAD BUT THE GREEN LIGHT STILL SHOWS

Wipe both the lamp base and the charging pad with a dry clean cloth to remove any static energy.  Alternatively, ensure that the the lamp is positioned correctly on the charging pad when charging.  Failing both these, it may be a fault with the charging pad.  Please refer to our Warranty policy for more details.


THE CHARGING PAD IS INACTIVE WITH NO LED LIGHT SHOWING

Check the charging cable is inserted into the charging pad correctly and ensure that the power supply is turned on at the plug socket.  If the problem still persists, it may be a problem with the charging pad, please contact our Customer Support Team.

 

I HAVE DAMAGED MY CORDLESS LAMP, CAN I GET IT FIXED?

Yes you can! Every component of our Cordless Lamp is designed to be easily replaced. The shades, battery and LED can be replaced, however there would be an additional cost for this if outside of your Warranty period.  Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details.

 

HOW MUCH IS IT FOR A REPLACEMENT BATTERY & LED?

  • Quartz Collection: £10.50 per lamp excluding VAT and shipping costs
  • Premium Collection: £40.00 per lamp excluding VAT and shipping costs
  • Djobie Collection: £48.00 per lamp excluding VAT and shipping costs
  • Outdoor Lamps Collection: £48.00 per lamp excluding VAT and shipping costs

 

THE LIGHT SEEMS DIM

This may be one of two issues, either the lamp needs recharging or you may need to adjust the brightness levels using the remote.
